How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking:

1. Log in to your Book.ax account
2. Go to "My Bookings"
3. Find the booking you wish to cancel
4. Click "Cancel Booking"
5. Confirm your cancellation

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of your booking.
